Trademark Registration Requirements

Trademark Image: The trademark must be distinctive and free from generic descriptive terms such as “original,” “fast,” or “strong,” and should not directly describe the product or service (e.g., refrigerator, washing machine). It must also not contain symbols or phrases that violate public morals, regulations, or include military, honorary, or tribal emblems.
